STATUS
Platform status
Live probe: status.tmiyc.trade
Real-time uptime and incident feed for every public surface of TMIYC. If something looks broken from your side first check here — odds are we already know and are working on it. If it says GREEN but you still have trouble, please open a ticket at support@tmiyc.trade.
Live status
status.tmiyc.trade runs on an independent host so an outage on the main cluster cannot silence the board. It refreshes every 30 seconds and shows a per-component green / degraded / red signal plus response-time histograms for the last 24 hours.
Monitored components
- API — api.tmiyc.trade — primary REST surface for web, Android and public clients.
- Web — tmiyc.trade — marketing, signup, /app terminal and Next.js SSR.
- Forum — forum.tmiyc.trade — discussions, marketplace, paid pins.
- News pipeline — parsers for CryptoPanic, Coindesk, TheBlock, Cointelegraph, Decrypt, BeInCrypto, Bloomberg-Crypto and RSSHub-Twitter feeds.
- Whale monitor — mempool + block scanners for BTC, ETH, SOL, TRON plus five EVM sidechains.
- Macro calendar — ForexFactory, Investing and FRED pullers with auto-translation.
- Learning loop — strategy auditor and daily brief generator.
- Telegram bot — @tmiycappbot — alerts, Mini-app and auto-guarantee flows.
- Signer VM — isolated hot-wallet signer with mTLS and daily spending cap.
Availability targets
Our internal targets are 99.9% monthly uptime for the API and web surfaces, 99.5% for the forum, and 99.0% for the learning loop (it batches overnight and is tolerant of short gaps). We measure from synthetic probes run from three geographies; numbers below those targets are shown in orange on the live board and trigger a postmortem even if no user filed a ticket.
Incident history
Every unplanned outage or meaningful degradation is written up with a timeline, root cause, user impact, and the concrete change we shipped to prevent recurrence. We do not retroactively rewrite incidents.
Feeds for your own monitoring
If you want to pull our status into your own dashboard or alerting tool, we publish both an RSS feed (for humans) and a JSON-Feed (for Uptime Robot / Statuspage / custom scripts).
Report an outage
Saw something broken and not on the board? Please tell us: email support@tmiyc.trade with your user id (if any) and the URL or endpoint that misbehaved. Tickets about status discrepancies jump to the head of the queue — they help us calibrate the probes.
