How does payment work?

Crypto only. CryptoBot Pay (one click) or direct USDT/BTC/ETH/SOL/TRX transfer to our address. We extend your subscription after on-chain confirmation.

Are there refunds?

No. Prices are fixed; instead, you can cancel any time. Access stays until the end of the paid period.

Is 2FA required?

Recommended for Free and Premium. Required at first login for Pro and Whale. Without 2FA we will not accept mainnet keys on the Whale tier.

Do bots trade real money?

Free / Premium / Pro — no. Demo APIs only. Whale — yes, but only on your keys, only after explicit activation, and with per-trade confirmation in Telegram.

Can I change plan?

Any time. Upgrades pro-rate the difference; downgrades take effect from the next period.

Which currencies?

Prices are in USD. We accept USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, SOL), USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX and TON. CryptoBot Pay auto-converts your balance.

Can I get an invoice?

On request we issue a B2B invoice. Email hi@tmiyc.trade with your details.

Are there team plans?

Not yet. Each account is single-seat. Team plans will land once enough people ask.
