Privacy policy

Effective: April 2026

Short version: we don't sell your data, we don't have access to your money, and we don't use your trading activity for anything other than running the product.

What we collect

Email (for sign-in), session timestamps, IP address and user-agent (for security), your demo-exchange API keys (encrypted with AES-256-GCM), the results of your demo trades (for stats and bot training). Card data is not stored — Stripe handles it.

How we use it

Only to deliver the service: show you your trades, run a bot, charge the subscription, send a notification. No ads, no third-party transfer, no "partner enrichment".

Who we share with

Stripe — payments. Cloudflare — DNS and DDoS. Anthropic — AI analytics (no PII). Telegram — notifications, if you opted in. That's it. No one else.

Where it's stored

Server in Frankfurt, PostgreSQL 16, encrypted daily backups. Demo API keys are encrypted with a master key that never leaves the server. Sessions expire after 30 days.

Your rights

Request a full data export (we reply within 7 days). Delete your account (we wipe everything we are not legally required to keep). Withdraw consent — write to hi@tmiyc.trade.
