Who we are

TMIYC is an independent product. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or dealer. We provide a technical tool for market analysis and demo-trade automation.

Demo only. No exceptions

Bots in TMIYC operate exclusively against demo and testnet APIs of exchanges. We technically cannot place an order on your real account — we never request or store mainnet keys. All performance is paper trading.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your email. One paid seat — one person. Concurrent: one desktop session + one mobile session. Reselling access or running a botnet on top of us — instant ban, no refund.

Data and content

Analytics and signals are our IP. You may use them for your own trading decisions. Reselling, redistributing, or scraping — no.

Payments

Subscription is monthly or annual, via Stripe. Refund for an unused period — on request within 14 days of payment; after that — pro rata at our discretion.

Liability

We do everything to keep the service stable but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Decisions on real trades are yours — we are not responsible for profit or loss on your live accounts. Service is "as is".

Changes to terms

If we change something material we notify you 14 days in advance by email. If you disagree — cancel, we refund the unused portion.
