Marketplace — seller's guide

If you're a pro or whale user with a profitable strategy, you can publish it in the marketplace and earn on every buyer. TMIYC takes a 20% platform fee; the other 80% is yours.

Step 1 — submit

Go to App → Marketplace → Submit strategy. You'll need:

  • A name and tagline. No exaggerated claims — "100% win rate" gets rejected on review.
  • A description (markdown, ≤ 10k chars) explaining the edge, the instrument, the regime it works in, and known failure modes. Being honest about drawdowns builds trust and raises conversions.
  • A strategy definition — either our built-in builder (JSON config) or a signed Python module uploaded via the author panel.
  • Default parameters (entry, exit, stop, size) and a list of supported symbols + timeframes.
  • Pricing — one-time ($20 – $2,000) and/or monthly ($5 – $500). You can list both.

Step 2 — paper-test gauntlet

On submission your strategy immediately starts running in paper mode on our servers against the live feed. The gauntlet lasts at least 21 days and listings must pass:

  • ≥ 80 trades
  • Sharpe ≥ 1.0 on the portfolio-weighted curve
  • Max drawdown ≤ −25% on any rolling 14-day window
  • ≤ 3 consecutive losing weeks

You can see the live gauntlet chart in your author panel. If your strategy fails, you can tweak parameters and resubmit — no limit on resubmits, but the gauntlet clock restarts each time.

Step 3 — publish

When the gauntlet is cleared, click Publish. The listing goes live within 30 minutes.

Step 4 — get paid

Buyer payments sit in escrow for 14 days. After release:

  • Platform fee (20%) is deducted
  • Your 80% is credited to your platform wallet
  • You can withdraw to USDT-TRC20 at any time; minimum withdrawal is $50

Chargebacks and refunds reverse the credit for that sale.

Author responsibilities

  • Keep the strategy alive. A listing that has a broken signal source for > 48 hours is de-listed.
  • Respond to buyer messages. Buyers get a direct-message channel to the author; if you ignore it, your rating drops and so do conversions.
  • Disclose material changes. Re-parameterising the stop or changing the instrument requires a changelog post. Silent switches get the listing flagged.
