Own-wallet payments (CryptoBot removed)

We've removed the CryptoBot dependency from the billing desk. Subscriptions are now paid by transferring USDT / USDC directly to addresses we control, with on-chain confirmation.

• Supported chains: TRON (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20), Solana, TON
• Detection: watcher polls the mempool + 3 confirmations on each chain before crediting the subscription
• No custody: funds land in cold wallets; hot wallet only holds the sweep buffer
• Refunds: 7-day window on failed activations, requested via email

Why it matters: one fewer third party between you and your subscription, lower fees (no CryptoBot commission), and we can finally accept larger tier payments without hitting their per-transaction cap.
